Keyla's Kempt Cleaning ("we", "I", "my") is an owner-operated residential and commercial cleaning service based in Fall River, Massachusetts. This policy explains what information this website collects, why it is collected, and how it is used.

Information I collect

Information you give me

When you submit the quote form on this website, I collect:

• Required: your name, phone number, ZIP code, type of cleaning, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and how often you would like service.
• Optional: your email address, preferred date, whether you have pets, any notes you choose to add, and how you found this website.

If you contact me directly by text message or WhatsApp, I receive whatever information you choose to share in that conversation.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, this site automatically receives basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you view, and the website or advertisement that referred you. If you arrive from an online ad, the click identifier and campaign parameters (for example gclid and utm_source) are stored in your browser for up to 90 days so that a quote request can be matched to the campaign it came from.

To protect the form against automated spam, this site uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which performs a security check in your browser. Your IP address is processed for that check and is stored on my server only as an irreversible hash, used to limit repeated submissions.

How I use your information

• To prepare and send you a cleaning quote.
• To contact you about scheduling, confirming or performing the service you requested.
• To measure which advertisements and pages bring real requests, so I do not waste money on advertising that does not work.
• To keep the website secure and prevent spam and abuse.

Advertising and analytics

This website uses Google Tag Manager to load measurement tools. Depending on which campaigns are running, those tools may include Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tracking, and advertising pixels from platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram) or TikTok. These services may set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser to recognize that a visit resulted in a quote request, and to show you relevant ads on other websites.

The information sent to these services is limited to non-identifying data about the request — the type of cleaning, how often, and the ZIP code. Your name, phone number and email address are never sent to advertising or analytics platforms.

You can opt out of personalized Google advertising at adssettings.google.com, and you can control or block cookies through your browser settings.

Who your information is shared with

I do not sell your personal information, and I do not share it for anyone else's marketing. Your information is shared only with the service providers that make this website work:

• The web hosting and email provider that delivers your quote request to my inbox.
• Cloudflare, for website delivery and spam protection.
• Google, Meta or TikTok, limited to the non-identifying measurement data described above.

I may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect my legal rights.

How long information is kept

Quote requests are kept for as long as needed to respond to you and to keep records of the service provided. If you would like your information deleted, contact me and I will remove it, unless I am required to keep it by law.

Your choices

• Text messages: reply STOP to any message to opt out.
• Email: you may ask me at any time to stop emailing you.
• Access or deletion: contact me to request a copy of the information I hold about you, or to ask for it to be deleted.
• Cookies: your browser settings let you block or delete cookies. Blocking them does not prevent you from using this website or submitting the form.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
